This item definitely helps for sweating during a workout, although, its sizing runs small. The material is thick enough to get the job done and it washes well. I do not recommend putting it in the dryer.

Really does make you sweat, I was dripping sweat. Had to hang it in the basement until I could wash it, AND mop the floor wear I took it off YIKES!!
